Location: Hybrid; must be based in or be able to commute to Delft, Netherlands (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: €7,000 – €8,250 per month

What you will do
- Lead autonomous, high-performing infrastructure engineering teams consisting of 5 to 15 software engineers, architects, and testers.
- Provide technical guidance on Azure, Terraform, AKS, and GitLab to ensure adherence to SLAs, security, and scalability.
- Coordinate with product and engineering peers to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage the full staffing process, including hiring, onboarding, and performance assessments.
- Mentor and coach engineers to foster professional growth, accountability, and ownership.
- Contribute to technical roadmap discussions and manage technical debt and platform reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Master's preferred).
- Proficiency in English for clear communication across international teams.
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to improve engineering processes, delivery effectiveness, and operational maturity.
- Must be able to work from the Delft office at least 3 days per week.
