What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the pre-purchase and conversion experience.
- Optimize product listing and detail pages to support decision-making and drive conversion.
- Manage sizing and fit solutions, including size guides and emerging AI-driven tools.
- Reduce friction in cart and checkout flows to minimize drop-offs.
- Drive performance through experimentation, CRO, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Partner with UX, Engineering, Buying, and Marketing to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in e-commerce or customer-facing digital platforms.
- Proven track record in conversion optimization and customer experience improvement.
- Strong expertise in product discovery, experimentation, CRO, and analytics.
- Deep understanding of customer decision-making in online shopping.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with sizing, fit, or product experience optimization.
- Experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as ContentSquare and Kameleoon.
