Product Manager - AI Platform

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working with flexible arrangements. Up to 20 days per year may be worked from abroad in the home country. This role does not come with relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Own the AI platform experience product end to end, from MVP development through scaling existing products.
• Define and adapt product strategy based on evolving business needs and constraints.
• Define product KPIs and drive product success.
• Understand customer and platform-user problems, identify requirements, and prioritize initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, product, and program teams to define and ship solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to expand service coverage and create measurable impact.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Product Management experience in a product or platform company.
• Technical background or experience managing platform or machine learning products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to balance priorities in time-critical situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down and analyze complex problems.
