Commercial Product Manager Digital Assets (Payments and Cash Management): Defining and delivering product capabilities, requirements, and operating models for corporate and financial institution clients in an evolving digital asset ecosystem with an accent on wallets, tokenization, connectivity, and regulatory alignment. Focus on translating strategy and market developments into product roadmaps, coordinating delivery across Technology and Operations, and managing product performance, governance, and risk.
Location: CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar), Netherlands; hybrid working

operates within ING Wholesale Banking and Transaction Services, providing Payments & Cash Management products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
What you will do
- Own the product strategy, proposition, roadmap, performance, and P&L for the Digital Assets portfolio.
- Define capabilities, requirements, and operating models for wallets, tokenization, and connectivity with emerging market infrastructures.
- Translate strategy, regulatory developments, market changes, and client operating models into product requirements, business cases, and delivery priorities.
- Assess how payments, liquidity management, settlement, and asset servicing can evolve within digital asset environments.
- Coordinate delivery across Technology, Operations, Delivery Management, Sales, Coverage, and control functions.
- Manage product governance, approvals, risk appetite, commercialization, and ongoing proposition enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash Management, Financial Market Infrastructure, Digital Assets, or a related field.
- Experience in product management, proposition development, strategy execution, or delivery of complex initiatives.
- Ability to translate strategic direction and market developments into product capabilities, requirements, and delivery priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial and analytical skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity in complex organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Digital Assets, tokenization, stablecoins, or DLT-based market infrastructure.
- Experience in Wholesale Banking, Financial Institutions, or Payments.
- Experience with product approval, regulatory change, requirements definition, or technology delivery.
