Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 Account Executives focused on net-new logo acquisition in the mid-market segment.
  • Drive a sales cadence to compress sales cycle time and increase AE consistency against quota.
  • Own team pipeline health by participating in deal reviews and coaching on stakeholder engagement.
  • Recruit and onboard top AE talent, fostering a culture of accountability and customer obsession.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Alliances, and Revehirify.global Operations to optimize tools and content.
  • Engage with executive-level prospects to ensure alignment and handle deal escalations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Experience as an individual contributor winning complex mid-market SaaS deals.
  • Fluency in selling value to executives across the CFO's office, IT, and Revehirify.global Operations.
  • Data-driven approach to performance management and forecasting using CRM and analytics.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CPQ, billing, or revehirify.global lifecycle platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revehirify.global Cloud, Zuora, Maxio, or DealHub.
  • Experience working with system integrators and implementation partners in enterprise deals.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth or venture-backed SaaS company.
