Location: Remote (United States - Any Time Zone)
Salary: $230,000 OTE ($115k base / $115k commission) + Equity

is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM to automate sales busywork and 10x seller productivity.
What you will do
- Run discovery calls, align key stakeholders, and close mid-market deals.
- Source and build a robust pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop processes for manual top-down outreach and partner with Customer Success for onboarding and expansion.
- Evangelize the product and lead sales efforts into new industries.
- Collaborate across Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Maintain full visibility and reporting of the sales pipeline at every stage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to Mid-market and Enterprise prospects.
- Background as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and the ability to coach others.
- Analytical and quantitative skills to drive actions based on data and metrics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

- Previous experience as an early AE at another startup.
- Experience selling specifically to sales leaders.
