New Graduate Service Engineer

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation to work an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Apply technical knowledge across areas such as server administration, technical security management, and performance management.
• Integrate technical and business knowledge to create solutions for customers.
• Resolve routine technical incidents independently and collaborate on more complex incidents.
• Apply company solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs.
• Participate in escalation processes and manage customer expectations.
• Build relationships with account management and set customer expectations within defined parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an associate degree in a technical field.
• For associate degree holders, 3–5 years of related work experience is desired.
• Basic knowledge of company products and services.
• Effective communication with technical employees and first-level management.
• Active listening, adaptable communication, problem-solving skills, and a conceptual understanding of IT environments.
