Senior Staff Test Engineer (ATE)

What you will do

• Develop ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort using Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
• Design and develop high-speed ATE test hardware.
• Create test plans and methodology documentation aligned with product specifications.
• Collaborate with DFx and Design teams on testability, yield, and test methodology reviews.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE formats.
• Optimize test flows, reduce test time, improve yields, and release production test programs with product engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Expertise developing test programs on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
• Experience with ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Effective teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
