Senior Staff Test Engineer

What you will do

• Spearhead development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
• Design and develop advanced ATE test hardware for high-speed testing.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test methodologies documentation aligned to product specifications.
• Collaborate with DFx and Design teams on testability and test plan reviews to improve yield and test methodologies.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE format for production use.
• Optimize and innovate test flows to reduce test time, remove unnecessary steps, improve yields, and release production test programs with product engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in ATE testing, including test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
• Strong knowledge of test methodology, silicon process, and DFT/DFM for high-speed digital testing.
• Proficiency with C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
