College Intern - Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market)

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end testing across product managers, subject-matter experts, project teams, business stakeholders, and service delivery partners.
• Define testing strategies, plans, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements with project managers.
• Support testing throughout requirements, design, development, and delivery phases.
• Run project testing review calls, maintain dashboards, report progress and escalations, and analyze issues.
• Support change management, resolve testing issues, and help ensure project objectives, roadmaps, schedules, and benefits are achieved.
• Maintain the quality of project deliverables and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Availability for a full-time internship of at least six months starting in January 2027.
• Experience with project planning tools and software for creating, managing, and tracking testing results.
• Ability to create test schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, change management, and negotiation skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with an understanding of Agile methodology and version control.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating and directing matrixed testing teams and resources.
• Ability to step into different project roles when needed.
• Strong business acumen, especially in ecommerce.
