TL;DR
Sales Director - Strategic Accounts (Enterprise SaaS): Own full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe, with an accent on consultative, value-based selling and executive business cases. What you will do
- Own full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe, from target account strategy through close.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations.
- Lead consultative enterprise sales cycles, ensuring strong qualification, deal strategy, and forecast accuracy.
- Create executive narratives and business cases (ROI, operating model impact, phased transformation roadmap, success criteria).
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture to scope outcomes, align on integration realities, and de-risk enterprise adoption.
- Act as executive sponsor through rollout handover and expansion pathways with Customer Success / Onboarding; represent to generate long-term opportunity flow.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales / strategic new business, ideally in hospitality, travel tech, or an adjacent B2B vertical.
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value multi-year, multi-property, multi-stakeholder deals across Europe.
- Proven consultative, value-based selling skills: deep discovery, executive storytelling, ROI/business case creation, procurement negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Technical acumen for platform and integration-heavy environments; comfortable partnering with Solution Architects and engaging IT/product teams.
- High ownership and structured execution in build-mode environments.
- Europe-based with willingness to travel for key enterprise moments.
Nice to have
- Munich or Berlin based; German speaking.
- Existing network across European hotel groups, ownership/management companies, consultants, or hospitality tech ecosystem.
- Experience selling platform products vs closed all-in-one suites; orchestrating partner-rich solutions.
- Interest in agentic (autonomous) AI for enterprise hospitality with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach.
