TL;DR

VP Sales (SaaS): Driving the commercial future of a recruitment platform by unlocking outbound sales and international markets with an accent on GTM strategy and revenue operations. Focus on scaling an outbound sales function, executing international expansion, and aligning PLG/MLG motions with sales and account management.

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 remote). Relocation support provided.

Salary: EUR 150,000 – 200,000 OTE + option program

What you will do

  • Define and execute the overall revenue strategy across outbound sales, account management, and RevOps.
  • Lead the international expansion strategy, including market prioritization and GTM localization.
  • Coach and scale high-performance sales and RevOps teams to establish a world-class GTM motion.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to integrate PLG/MLG motions with sales efforts.
  • Establish a data-driven revenue culture focusing on forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Partner with the CEO and management team to shape the overall company strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven VP-level sales leadership in B2B SaaS with a track record of delivering targets.
  • Experience leading international expansion and entering new markets.
  • Proven ability to build and scale an outbound sales function, specifically in PLG-first environments.
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience, with 2+ years in a Head of / VP leadership role.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams (Sales, AM, RevOps).

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech or recruitment software verticals.
  • Strong network within the European SaaS ecosystem.
  • Experience collaborating closely with marketing functions.
