What you will do

  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for the German insurance market.
  • Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles end-to-end to acquire new Tier 1-3 insurance carriers.
  • Expand and deepen existing client relationships through strategic farming.
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders on business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead a small team of senior talents and orchestrate internal collaboration across Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.
  • Maintain forecasting excellence and predictable revenue performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B software or product sales.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software to insurance carriers in Germany.
  • Established network within German insurance decision-makers.
  • Native-level German and professional fluency in English.
  • Experience navigating long, enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Experience managing small teams of senior talent.
