What you will do

• Lead technical discovery engagements to map customer requirements to CCaaS/AI capabilities.
• Support tailored demos and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that highlight integrated partner-vendor value.
• Build and deliver repeatable technical enablement programs for partner SEs and solution architects.
• Manage end-to-end technical relationships with key partners, governing architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Provide architectural oversight and support scoping for partner-led implementations.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to surface partner requirements and influence the AI roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience with AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, agent assist, or automation in CX/contact center environments.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into concrete AI use cases and success criteria.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, AI orchestration, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience supporting AI PoVs, pilots, or customer validation motions.
• Must be based in the USA
