Salary: $115,000 - $175,300 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify client needs and opportunities across various sectors.
• Design and deliver solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and vision documents.
• Act as a domain expert on Pega's platform to solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software solutions.
• Proven consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise software, digital transformation, or business process automation.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time to support business needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI, decisioning, and workflow automation platforms.
• Background in diverse SAP environments (BTP, ECC, S/4HANA).
