Senior Outbound Growth Operations Manager (AI): Building and scaling the outbound sales machine from lead generation to discovery with an accent on data quality, automation, and CRM integration. Location: Must be based in France, Spain, Belgium, or Canada (Hybrid setup available in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the outbound lead generation strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage the lead generation datalake in Snowflake and oversee data governance, enrichment, and deduplication.
  • Build and optimize the prospection tech stack using SQL, low-code tools, and AI integrations.
  • Coordinate outbound campaigns and sequence management in tools like Outreach and Lemlist.
  • Develop dashboards to track funnel conversion, sequence performance, and data health metrics.
  • Establish a structured feedback loop with Sales Leads to identify bottlenecks and drive conversion improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, outbound growth operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B tech environment.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with database management.
  • Experience working with AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and building AI-driven sales workflows.
  • Strong CRM fundamentals, preferably with Salesforce administration expertise.
  • Expertise in automation and low-code workflows (e.g., Zapier).
