What you will do

• Build and execute activation and reactivation sequences for German market leads.
• Manage lead nurturing flows, onboarding programmes, and re-engagement campaigns across the funnel.
• Translate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR sequences and outreach plays tailored to the German market.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted tools to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and analyze campaign performance via dashboards.

Requirements

• German: Native or expert level (written and spoken)
• English: Fluent proficiency
• 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a strong plus).
• Familiarity with sequencing or outreach tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
• Experience using AI tools for copywriting, research, and automation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PowerBI, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
