TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a year-round portfolio of programs and events to move accounts from awareness to active demand in France.
  • Orchestrate go-to-market motions across sales, digital marketing, PR, and external partners.
  • Drive regional pipeline and revenue impact through targeted programs and performance accountability.
  • Create market-relevant messaging and value propositions tailored to priority industries and personas in France.
  • Build and manage executive-level communities of customers and prospects to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of physical, hybrid, and virtual event experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Must be based in Paris, France, and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and AI solutions for performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional accountability and align stakeholders on priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
