What you will do
- Own and lead the global ABM strategy, including multi-quarter planning and investment prioritization across EMEA and global markets.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify, score, and activate target account lists to accelerate deal velocity.
- Develop and scale personalized campaigns across email, paid social, and events for specific verticals and personas.
- Optimize organizational ABM processes, tooling, and data infrastructure.
- Align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams on messaging and pipeline goals.
- Measure ABM KPIs and drive continuous improvement through structured experimentation and AI-powered execution.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with 4–5 years specifically focused on ABM.
- Proven track record in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
- Expertise with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) and HubSpot.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication required.
- Experience aligning complex cross-functional stakeholder groups including Sales leadership.
Nice to have
- French language proficiency.
- Experience in threat intelligence or open-source GTM.
- Familiarity with CISO/SOC buyer personas.
- Proficiency in using LLMs and AI automation tools to scale impact.
