Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and coach a team of Relationship Managers focused on the EMEA region.
  • Own the team's revenue targets, including renewals, expansion, and pipeline generation.
  • Develop and implement value-based selling strategies to drive AI adoption and long-term customer growth.
  • Establish operational rigor through forecasting, deal inspection, and consistent CRM hygiene.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to shape AI-driven GTM changes.
  • Lead multi-threaded expansion strategies and navigate complex buying groups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience in a quota-carrying environment.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS or AI solutions.
  • Strong track record of managing and developing revenue-owning individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast, inspect deals, and operate with rigor at scale.
  • Experience managing mid-market or commercial account executives.
  • Ability to lead teams through change in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Working proficiency in German or French.
  • Exposure to selling technical or AI-enabled products.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
