Account Executive (LegalTech): Managing and nurturing relationships with high-value Mid-Market accounts to drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth with an accent on complex deal cycles and strategic account planning. Focus on building long-term value, negotiating contract amendments, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client success within the legal AI technology space.
Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local employees (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.
Salary: $65,600–$98,400 CAD base + $65,600–$98,400 CAD commission (uncapped).

What you will do
- Drive growth and maximize revenue within existing Mid-Market accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate complex contract amendments and expansion agreements while minimizing churn.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct virtual or in-person product demos and develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and Product teams to facilitate seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and data tracking within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including closing deals.
- 3 years of experience working in SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven experience managing complex deal cycles with high-leverage customers.
- Strong cold calling, prospecting, and product demonstration skills.

- Passion for technology and cloud-based products.
