What you will do

• Manage overall relationships with assigned clients to increase adoption, ensure retention, and maintain satisfaction.
• Drive monthly renewals and identify upsell opportunities to increase license coverage and term length.
• Establish strategic advisor relationships to help clients achieve critical goals and key performance indicators.
• Develop and nurture customer advocacy and advocate client needs cross-departmentally.
• Resolve inbound support issues regarding product renewals and changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cork, Ireland.
• Proven ability to exceed goals in fast-paced, high-growth, and high-stress environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
