What you will do
- Manage overall relationships with assigned clients to increase adoption, ensure retention, and maintain satisfaction.
- Drive monthly renewals and identify upsell opportunities to increase license coverage and term length.
- Establish strategic advisor relationships to help clients achieve critical goals and key performance indicators.
- Develop and nurture customer advocacy and advocate client needs cross-departmentally.
- Resolve inbound support issues regarding product renewals and changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cork, Ireland.
- Proven ability to exceed goals in fast-paced, high-growth, and high-stress environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

- Arabic language proficiency.
- Experience managing and working with larger enterprise clients.
