What you will do

• Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns using customized multichannel messaging for the target market.
• Prospect and qualify new Mid-Market customers within the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on regional campaign initiatives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM using proven sales methodologies.
• Help define the outbound sales motion and build operational playbooks.
• Master the product to eventually provide customized demos for different personas.

Requirements

• Business fluency in English and German.
• Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with comfort in ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills and a competitive, team-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
