What you will do
- Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns using customized multichannel messaging for the target market.
- Prospect and qualify new Mid-Market customers within the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on regional campaign initiatives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM using proven sales methodologies.
- Help define the outbound sales motion and build operational playbooks.
- Master the product to eventually provide customized demos for different personas.
Requirements
- Business fluency in English and German.
- Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with comfort in ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills and a competitive, team-oriented mindset.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
