Account Manager (Cloud)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers in the EMEA region, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with cloud vendors (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing customer and company interests.
• Handle customer support escalations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct regular quarterly reviews, tracking project timelines and spending on cloud platforms.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to engineering teams to prioritize deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management supporting the EMEA market.
• 2+ years of experience at a technology company such as a SaaS, SI, or Cloud Vendor.
• Experience supporting customers in the AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to engage productively with technical teams and build influential relationships.

Nice to have

• Cloud Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader).
• Additional languages, such as French.
