Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial Account Executives across EMEA.
  • Drive pipeline generation and ensure consistent attainment of team revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong operating cadence including forecast calls, pipeline inspection, and deal reviews.
  • Improve sales motion scalability through better processes, data hygiene, and repeatable best practices.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to remove friction in the customer journey.
  • Report on team performance and pipeline health to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales, including leading frontline commercial or mid-market sellers.
  • Proven track record of coaching reps to improve pipeline quality and deal execution.
  • Experience managing forecast discipline and CRM hygiene in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA markets and regional nuances in sales execution.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to diagnosing team performance.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Experience building onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple EMEA countries or time zones.
