What you will do
- Run consultative discovery to uncover enterprise operational challenges, modernization priorities, and business objectives.
- Advise on network observability, telemetry strategy, AI-assisted operations, and infrastructure intelligence best practices for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Lead proof-of-value and technical evaluations to demonstrate faster troubleshooting, reduced downtime, and automation outcomes.
- Architect and position integrated solutions across network observability, telemetry analytics, infrastructure automation, and API-driven operational workflows.
- Support customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion, coordinating with Customer Success and Services.
- Partner with Product and GTM teams by providing customer insights, competitive intelligence, and feature recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, network operations, network security, infrastructure modernization, and observability architectures.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise environments across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.
- Deep knowledge of routing and switching, network observability/monitoring, and telemetry technologies (NetFlow/FNF/IPFIX/streaming telemetry) plus PCAP/deep traffic analysis.
- Knowledge of QoS and application-aware networking, and network security components (firewalls, IPS/IDS, NDR).
- Experience with API-driven infrastructure/automation frameworks and Infrastructure-as-Code/orchestration platforms.
- Ability to work in a remote-first model with moderate travel for strategic engagements and industry events.
