What you will do

• Design and implement technology lifecycles and repeatable design patterns for enterprise storage solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of digital strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives within cross-functional squads.
• Lead engineering teams through change control, testing, incident management, and release management.
• Coordinate with external vendors (IBM, Dell EMC, NetApp, Pure Storage) to ensure SLA compliance and address technical debt.
• Mentor and coach engineers to ensure skills modernization and adoption of best practices.
• Manage team performance, setting individual objectives and providing professional development feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in design and deployment of enterprise class storage in mid-to-large organizations.
• 3+ years of experience in incident management, software releases, configuration management, and banking operations.
• Expertise in Enterprise Storage platforms: SAN, NAS, Object Storage (IBM, Dell EMC PowerMax/PowerStore, NetApp, Pure Storage).
• Strong knowledge of storage operations: replication, migration, snapshots, backup, Fibre Channel, zoning, and RAID.
• Proficiency in storage resilience: disaster recovery, business continuity, encryption, and ransomware protection.
