Specialist - Systems and Network Administration (Cisco/Aruba)

Location: Hybrid work in Philadelphia, PA or St. John's, NL, with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wireless networking solutions using Cisco and Aruba technologies.
• Configure and support Cisco Catalyst 9800 wireless LAN controllers, access points, Wi-Fi 6/6E environments, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco SD-WAN, and Aruba Central Wi-Fi.
• Administer secure guest access, traffic anchoring, 802.1X authentication, device profiling, and posture policies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure while providing Level 2 and Level 3 support.
• Engineer, document, and recommend network solutions that improve scalability, performance, and reliability across global operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Multiple years of experience in network architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience supporting large-scale global networks, multivendor environments, and enterprise Wi-Fi services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in the Philadelphia or St. John’s office.

Nice to have

• CCNP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Aruba and Cisco wireless technologies, Cisco Catalyst Center, and Cisco SD-WAN.
• Experience with Ansible scripting and AI development.
