What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor for assigned Enterprise accounts, providing technical support and enablement.
- Analyze customer requirements and data usage patterns to identify improvement areas and risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope and define new projects, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establish joint roadmaps with clients aligned with KPIs to measure and achieve business goals.
- Proactively drive product adoption and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships through business reviews, health calls, and onsite visits.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management within the technology/software sector.
- Experience working with Fortune 100 technology companies.
- Proven ability to manage 10+ accounts and meet retention and organic growth quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 33% as required.
- Experience selling and supporting the deployment of AI solutions.
- Senior-level communication skills and a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
