What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer engineering and product teams.
• Support and optimize API integrations, data flows, and technical implementations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, investigate issues, and provide actionable insights.
• Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve solutions.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or data-focused roles.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with data to generate insights.
• Ability to confidently engage with engineering and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI analytics tools.
• Background in identity verification, fraud, or fintech.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers in APAC markets.
