What you will do

• Manage end-to-end legal invoicing workflows, review contract payments, and reconcile ledger entries with Accounting and FP&A departments.
• Administer and operate the centralized corporate rights management database, performing comprehensive rights assessments and maintaining critical metadata.
• Lead the administration of global corporate insurance programs, including annual renewal processes and claim documentation.
• Draft and review rights agreements and amendments to ensure legal and business terms align with company standards.
• Support the Legal Operations Manager with the maintenance of the contract management system, user permissions, and signature coordination.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or insurance brokerage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in data management tools such as Airtable, SharePoint, and CLM software, with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Solid understanding of basic corporate accounting principles and commercial insurance structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for aligning internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Must be able to work on-site in El Segundo, California.
