What you will do
- Develop inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualified calls.
- Interact with IT and business decision-makers via telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email.
- Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team and nurture early-phase opportunities.
- Manage and update lead and prospect activity within Salesforce to ensure effective management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and Account Executives to maximize business wins.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
Requirements
- 1+ year of strong sales or customer-facing experience.
- 'Hunter' mentality with a track record of hitting goals through cold-calling and prospecting.
- Outstanding communication skills, including phone, written, and active listening.
- Ability to work independently and a strong willingness to apply feedback from coaching.
- Passion for cutting-edge IT software and the aptitude to learn complex business solutions.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
