What you will do

  • Develop inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualified calls.
  • Interact with IT and business decision-makers via telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team and nurture early-phase opportunities.
  • Manage and update lead and prospect activity within Salesforce to ensure effective management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and Account Executives to maximize business wins.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of strong sales or customer-facing experience.
  • 'Hunter' mentality with a track record of hitting goals through cold-calling and prospecting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including phone, written, and active listening.
  • Ability to work independently and a strong willingness to apply feedback from coaching.
  • Passion for cutting-edge IT software and the aptitude to learn complex business solutions.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
