Location: Hybrid (Sydney) - 3 days a week in office

What you will do
- Own inbound lead responses across commercial channels to ensure high-intent prospects receive fast and relevant replies.
- Convert prospects into qualified meetings for the Commercial, BD, and Customer Growth teams.
- Prioritize leads based on profile quality, seniority, and commercial fit.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize reply drafts, follow-up sequences, and objection handling.
- Help develop and test cold outbound motions through high-quality copywriting and template iteration.
- Maintain precise tracking of lead status, meeting context, and handoff notes.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with a high level of professional judgment.
- Experience or comfort managing written outreach and customer conversations.
- High level of organization and discipline regarding follow-up speed.
- Ability to qualify or disqualify prospects based on commercial fit.
- Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to enhance writing speed and quality.
- Must be based in Sydney for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).
Nice to have
- Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in recruitment/partnerships.
- History of meeting activity, conversion, or pipeline targets.
- Experience with messaging playbooks and outbound sequences.
- Exposure to SaaS, gaming, or startup environments.
