What you will do

• Lead implementation and delivery for US enterprise accounts, including Aramark, Compass Group, and ISS.
• Own stakeholder management throughout the full implementation lifecycle from contract signature through go-live.
• Manage hypercare periods following launches to ensure customers derive maximum value.
• Adapt and execute proven European CS playbooks and frameworks to build out the US function.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and European CS teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Based on the US East Coast (ideally Philadelphia or New York).
• 2+ years of experience in implementation of EPOS or other software solutions for Contracted Food Service.
• High level of ownership and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Service-oriented and collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships.
