What you will do

  • Own the outbound sales function by proactively reaching out to US-based prospects.
  • Generate new business opportunities through personalized, high-quality outbound efforts.
  • Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
  • Conduct first discovery conversations to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and prospecting targeting.
  • Manage sales pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Lemlist.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound business development roles.
  • Experience prospecting for B2B technology services, software development, or nearshore companies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls to US-based prospects on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io).
  • Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling staff augmentation or nearshore services.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or ZeroBounce.
  • Experience engaging technical buyers like CTOs or VP of Engineering.
  • Previous experience working with US-based clients.
