What you will do
- Own the outbound sales function by proactively reaching out to US-based prospects.
- Generate new business opportunities through personalized, high-quality outbound efforts.
- Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Conduct first discovery conversations to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and prospecting targeting.
- Manage sales pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Lemlist.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound business development roles.
- Experience prospecting for B2B technology services, software development, or nearshore companies.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls to US-based prospects on a daily basis.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io).
- Must be based in Latin America.
Nice to have
- Experience selling staff augmentation or nearshore services.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or ZeroBounce.
- Experience engaging technical buyers like CTOs or VP of Engineering.
- Previous experience working with US-based clients.
