Salary: €54,000 – €72,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Perform outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting Internal IT Departments and VARs.
• Establish trust and rapport with VARs to identify ideal customer profiles and territory coverage.
• Develop and manage a contact and opportunity pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule demos and facilitate deal closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate data hygiene and documentation within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1+ year of outbound calling experience in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, specifically endpoint security.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Navigator).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
