What you will do

• Manage the intake, tracking, and fulfilment of Data Subject Requests (DSR) and Privacy Rights Requests (PRR).
• Coordinate the triage and completion of DPIAs and maintain accurate records for audit readiness.
• Prepare operational evidence for audits, RFP/RFI responses, and M&A due diligence using knowledge libraries like Loopio.
• Support operational workflows for AI governance, including the maintenance of audit-ready documentation.
• Administer data protection tooling (e.g., Microsoft Priva) and training platforms (e.g., Navax, Docebo).
• Collaborate with the DPO and external providers to coordinate regulatory-facing tasks and risk reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data protection, privacy operations, or compliance program management.
• Experience working within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
• Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail and ability to scale workflows.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPT, or CIPPE.
• Experience supporting AI governance workflows in SaaS or marketing technology.
• Proven track record in preparing documentation for audits or due diligence processes.
