What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of lifecycle communication programs, including onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement flows.
- Manage HubSpot as the primary execution platform for landing pages, email sequences, and list segmentation.
- Coordinate internal experts and external specialists to ensure growth campaigns are delivered on time and tied to commercial KPIs.
- Maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility into pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and asset delivery.
- Support Sales with campaign context and ensure smooth lead handoff documentation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of growth or campaign marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or subscription environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email, workflows, landing pages, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience managing lifecycle or nurture programs with measurable performance improvements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SEO and paid media fundamentals to brief and evaluate external specialists.
Nice to have
- HubSpot Marketing Hub certification.
- Familiarity with the UK planning or property development landscape.
- Experience with CMS tools and basic HTML.
