What you will do

• Plan and produce content for social media, blogs, and lead magnets across 8 agency brands.
• Manage landlord newsletters, regulatory updates, and nurture journeys via Mailchimp.
• Oversee website content updates and SEO-driven on-page optimization.
• Implement scalable operational workflows using Zapier and AI tools.
• Support paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain brand consistency and organized asset libraries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or operational support.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) for communicating with British stakeholders.
• Significant overlap with UK working hours (4–6 hours daily).
• Proficiency with Mailchimp, Figma, Zapier, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus).

Nice to have

• Background in property, prop-tech, or estate agencies.
• Working knowledge of SEO and CMS platforms.
• Experience with Meta Ads or paid social.
