What you will do

• Design and execute full-funnel CRM journeys, including emails and automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Monitor KPIs like Open Rates and CTR to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Demand Gen teams to align lead acquisition with lifecycle nurturing.
• Build and manage targeted audience segments based on behavioral data and lifecycle stages.
• Explore and implement new communication channels and technologies, including AI integration.
• Ensure high data hygiene and database growth across European markets.

Requirements

• Must reside in Spain.
• Proven hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing.
• Strong background in B2B environments with full-funnel strategy expertise.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and CRO practices.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
