What you will do
- Drive adoption and expansion of ’s enterprise solutions (Terraform, Vault) within strategic accounts in Switzerland.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to deal execution and renewal using the ALEER framework.
- Align automation solutions with customer business priorities, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints.
- Build and orchestrate virtual account teams, including solution engineers and partners, to influence decision-makers.
- Collaborate with IBM and Red Hat sales teams to deliver integrated end-to-end automation solutions.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast revenue using structured enterprise sales methodologies.
Requirements
- Long track record in software sales managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
- Proven ability to execute Adopt-Land-Expand sales motions in large organizations.
- Fluent English and German are required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes, ROI, and TCO.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into Swiss enterprise accounts in financial services, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IBM and Red Hat technologies (OpenShift, Ansible).
- Certification in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Miller Heiman.
- Proficiency in French.
- Deep technical knowledge of Consul and Nomad.
