Strategic Account Manager (Infrastructure Automation): Driving adoption of hirify.global’s enterprise infrastructure automation and security solutions within large global enterprises in Switzerland with an accent on Terraform and Vault. Focus on executing consultative value-based sales motions and building trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders in Global 2000 companies.

What you will do

  • Drive adoption and expansion of hirify.global’s enterprise solutions (Terraform, Vault) within strategic accounts in Switzerland.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to deal execution and renewal using the ALEER framework.
  • Align automation solutions with customer business priorities, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints.
  • Build and orchestrate virtual account teams, including solution engineers and partners, to influence decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with IBM and Red Hat sales teams to deliver integrated end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast revenue using structured enterprise sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • Long track record in software sales managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
  • Proven ability to execute Adopt-Land-Expand sales motions in large organizations.
  • Fluent English and German are required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes, ROI, and TCO.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Swiss enterprise accounts in financial services, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of IBM and Red Hat technologies (OpenShift, Ansible).
  • Certification in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Miller Heiman.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Consul and Nomad.
