What you will do
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive multi-year go-to-market strategy for the Private Child Care segment.
- Set and monitor annual revenue targets while managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major franchise operators to ensure client retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operational teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and guide sales teams to maximize effectiveness and achieve performance goals.
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate strategy success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior B2B SaaS leader with a focus on revenue growth.
- Proven track record in managing substantial revenue streams and forecasting sales.
- Deep expertise in navigating small, mid-market, and large enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong leadership skills in recruiting, training, and retaining top sales talent.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and close multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (US-based benefits and compliance).
