What you will do
- Define and refine the architecture for managing and scaling client relationships.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new enterprise partners to ensure immediate platform value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for UA managers and technical lead developers.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to maximize partner lifetime value.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to resolve technical issues via CRM and ticketing systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS, mobile ad-tech, or gaming.
- Proven track record of managing subscription lifecycles and retention.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and ticketing systems (Jira/Zendesk).
- Advanced data analysis skills using Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg.
