What you will do

• Define and refine the architecture for managing and scaling client relationships.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new enterprise partners to ensure immediate platform value.
• Act as the primary point of contact for UA managers and technical lead developers.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities to maximize partner lifetime value.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to resolve technical issues via CRM and ticketing systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS, mobile ad-tech, or gaming.
• Proven track record of managing subscription lifecycles and retention.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and ticketing systems (Jira/Zendesk).
• Advanced data analysis skills using Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg.
