Salary: $155,000 – $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for corporate-level initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress against key metrics such as budget, schedule, and risk, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Work with functional leads to identify resource requirements and manage portfolio capacity.
• Prepare and present project status reports and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of project management frameworks and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a life-science environment (diagnostics, genomics, or product development).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering, or business.
• Extensive experience in product development, specifically with Design Control procedures.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet experience is ideal).
• Ability to influence and lead within a matrixed organization and present to executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification.
