What you will do

• Translate leadership priorities into structured workplans with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the primary connective tissue between Care Delivery and Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Monitor organizational performance against clinical, operational, and financial KPIs to provide actionable leadership views.
• Manage the operating rhythm of the Care Delivery organization, including planning cycles and executive communications.
• Draft high-quality executive narratives, board materials, and strategic updates on behalf of the SVP.
• Identify emerging risks to quality and capacity, developing structured recommendations for leadership response.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in roles requiring problem-solving, structured execution, and cross-functional influence.
• Background in healthcare operations or clinical program management.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Strong operational acumen with proficiency in data, dashboards, and performance management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex situations into executive narratives.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Clinical background (e.g., RN, SW, NP, PT/OT).
• Experience in value-based care, risk-bearing arrangements, or oncology.
