What you will do

  • Develop business opportunities within a specific region to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline cycle, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Execute sales activities for Observability (on-prem and SaaS) and database portfolios.
  • Engage IT decision-makers using a consultative approach for evaluations and trials.
  • Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database products.
  • Ability to engage with IT decision-makers and provide consultative sales support.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Austin, Texas
