What you will do
- Develop business opportunities within a specific region to meet revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales pipeline cycle, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Execute sales activities for Observability (on-prem and SaaS) and database portfolios.
- Engage IT decision-makers using a consultative approach for evaluations and trials.
- Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database products.
- Ability to engage with IT decision-makers and provide consultative sales support.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Must be located in or able to work from Austin, Texas
