TL;DR

Lead Client Relations (SaaS): Architecting and scaling the global client success framework for a marketing growth platform with an accent on enterprise-grade account management and cross-functional process design. Focus on driving revenue, minimizing churn, and representing the voice of enterprise partners in product roadmap discussions.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: 3 core office days per week).

What you will do

  • Define and refine the overall architecture and gold standard for client relationship management and scaling.
  • Take personal ownership of high-value strategic client onboarding and success.
  • Coach and support the account management team through complex technical and operational roadblocks.
  • Lead revenue-driven initiatives, including upselling strategies and churn reduction.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in product roadmap discussions by representing enterprise partner needs.
  • Oversee the resolution of high-priority technical tickets in collaboration with engineering.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in high-level Account Management within SaaS or AdTech.
  • Proven track record of building account structures and communication cadences from scratch.
  • Ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders and technical leads.
  • Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg for a hybrid work setup.
