Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: 3 core office days per week).

What you will do
- Define and refine the overall architecture and gold standard for client relationship management and scaling.
- Take personal ownership of high-value strategic client onboarding and success.
- Coach and support the account management team through complex technical and operational roadblocks.
- Lead revenue-driven initiatives, including upselling strategies and churn reduction.
- Act as a key stakeholder in product roadmap discussions by representing enterprise partner needs.
- Oversee the resolution of high-priority technical tickets in collaboration with engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in high-level Account Management within SaaS or AdTech.
- Proven track record of building account structures and communication cadences from scratch.
- Ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders and technical leads.
- Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg for a hybrid work setup.
