Senior Solution Architect (AdTech): Owning the technical dimension of enterprise partnerships by bridging complex partner roadmaps with internal Golang-based stacks and Native SDKs. Focus on architecting high-impact feature rollouts, conducting deep-dive root-cause analysis, and translating partner feedback into technical requirements to drive global scalability.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Boston office (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical consultant for top-tier enterprise partners to ensure successful integration and production scaling.
• Orchestrate joint technical roadmaps and manage feature rollout timelines for critical accounts.
• Lead high-stakes troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex mobile app and SDK integration issues.
• Leverage SQL and Python to visualize datasets and provide data-driven technical consultancy.
• Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture) in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS.
• Expertise in translating high-level requirements into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Grafana, Tableau, or Kibana.
• Strong ability to navigate internal Engineering and Product teams in high-pressure environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java or building/supporting mobile apps.
• Experience with software development.
