What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end architecture for the ATR platform across application, data, and platform layers.
• Define scalable cloud-based patterns for search, retrieval, and AI-assisted experiences.
• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps and phased execution plans.
• Lead the architecture for AI-native capabilities, including grounded retrieval and AI agent access patterns.
• Establish architectural guardrails for security, privacy, compliance, and resiliency.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads to raise the overall engineering maturity.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in software architecture.
• Proven success as a Staff+, Principal Engineer, or Architect for business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native distributed architectures, API design, and asynchronous systems.
• Demonstrated experience with applied AI, including RAG, prompt orchestration, and AI agents.
• Must be based in the United States.
