Strategic Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

Salary: $142,000–$178,000 per year

What you will do

• Build cross-platform expertise in demo tooling across front-end and back-end systems.
• Partner with Sales Engineers and sales leadership to identify tooling gaps, pain points, and improvement goals.
• Design, build, and maintain next-generation demo tooling using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Support active deals by addressing deep technical questions about APIs, SDKs, integrations, and complex configurations.
• Identify product limitations, develop pragmatic workarounds, and communicate recurring field gaps to Product and Engineering.
• Coach Sales Engineers on technical positioning and track the tooling's contribution to win rate.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in solutions engineering or software development, including hands-on work with APIs, SDKs, or extensibility frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to independently build and ship front-end and back-end tooling using modern languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of API and SDK design, authentication, extensibility frameworks, SQL, and relational databases.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Strong presentation, consultative, roadmap-planning, and technical problem-solving skills with senior financial-services stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital banking or financial services platforms.
• Experience building on SDKs or extensibility frameworks.
• Experience creating internal tools or platforms and standing up net-new tooling from scratch.
• Exposure to competitive analysis and solution positioning.
