TL;DR
Product Manager (Healthtech): Owning product strategy and execution for a portfolio of clinical and regulatory products used by provider organizations with an accent on improving healthcare outcomes for providers and residents. Focus on modernizing legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
Location: Remote, USA. Periodic travel to Mississauga (Canada) and Salt Lake City (USA) for onboarding and team events is required.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + 10% performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Senior Care product portfolio.
- Drive product decisions based on customer insights, data, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams to shape solutions and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products via AI, automation, and intelligent logic.
- Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF) to set product direction.
- Manage the full development lifecycle from discovery and strategy through to iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems.
- Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders without formal authority.
- Comfort with technical concepts including APIs and modern development practices.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and regulatory instruments (MDS, LTCF).
- Proven track record of revitalizing or modernizing legacy products.
